Find your leak
Proof, not projections

Case studies are receipts. Receipts take time.

We do not publish screenshot collages, "results may vary" carousels, or revenue charts with the axes cropped off. A case study appears here when there is a real system, running live, with numbers we are willing to put our name against. Until then, the honest count is one.

Case study #001

The website you are standing in.

wrightadvisory.co.uk is built exactly the way we build for clients: same method, same stack, same funnel. Here is the teardown, stage by stage.

01 · Generate
Written to be found, by robots and humans.Every page ships semantic structure, question-shaped copy and schema.org markup (Service, FAQ, Article) so search engines and answer engines can index and quote it. The blog exists to compound this stage over time. Static pages, no bloat, fast loads: performance is an SEO decision, not a vanity one.
02 · Capture
The Leak Finder trades value for an email. No "subscribe to our newsletter" box. The site's capture asset is a working diagnostic tool that gives you something useful in 60 seconds, and asks for your email only at the moment it has earned it.
03 · Work
The copy is the sequence. The homepage is structured as a nurture journey: pain, belief, mechanism, proof, offer, objections. Each section anticipates the question the previous one raised. You are moved down a funnel without a single pop-up begging you to stay.
04 · Convert
Two doors, zero friction.Conversion here means an email conversation. One door is free (the tool), one is direct (a plain email address). No calendar widget demanding fifteen fields, no chatbot pretending to be a person named Sarah.
05 · Retain
Objections answered before they curdle.Retention on a service brand starts pre-sale: the FAQ, the pricing logic and the "who we're wrong for" section exist so nobody buys the wrong thing. Clients who should not buy, don't. Clients who do, stay.
06 · Grow
The teardown you are reading is the referral loop.Every visitor who runs the Leak Finder or reads this page can forward it. The site's growth stage is its shareability: strong claims, a useful free tool, and a design that does not look like the last forty agency sites you closed.
Case study #002 · in deployment Client funnels are live and accruing the only thing that makes a case study worth reading: time and numbers. When they mature, they publish here, with real figures and the misses left in. If you want to be one of them, start the conversation.
